DO I NEED TO BRING IN FOOD FOR MY PET IF HE/SHE IS STAYING IN THE KENNEL?
You should bring in everything your pet will need with the exception of water and food dishes. If your pet has a favorite toy, blanket, or something with the owner’s scent on it, bring it with him or her, as it will make his or her stay better.
Do you clip my pet’s nails?
Yes. That is part of our grooming package. When your pet is groomed, he or she gets his or her ears and anal glands cleaned and his or her nails clipped. This is not an extra charge.
How much experience do your groomers have?
Our main groomer is also the owner of the kennel; she has more than 40 years of grooming experience with all breeds of dogs/cats and the cuts associated with different breeds.
Do I need to schedule an appointment, or can I just bring my pet in?
We do not accept walk-ins at this time. An appointment helps us plan the rest of our day.
What kind of shampoo do you use?
We have a variety of shampoos on site. We will use whatever your dog or cat needs.
What if my pet is on medications?
We will be more than happy to administer your pet’s meds at no extra charge as long as they come with the original prescription bottles.

Dogs on seizure medication must be boarded alone to ensure that no other pets have access to that pet’s medication. No Exceptions.
Is THE BUILDING HEATED AND AIR CONDITIONED?
Yes.
DO YOU LET DOGS LOSE TOGETHER
No.
